About Withdrawal PIN

Can anyone please tell me how many times we have to key in the PIN when we want to withdraw? 1 time or 3 times?

You only need to key-in only once.

if on your first attempt, you have a correct PIn,
You will be redirected to the cashout page section.

If on your 2nd attempt, you have keyed in incorrect PIN,
You better Click Forget PIN and answer correctly your security answer.
Once you have answered it correctly, The system will generate a new PIN for you.

If you have 3 incorrect attempts,
The system will suspend your account automatically for security reason. -
Just send ticket for reactivation.

Please always pay attention to the notice in your account panel.
The system will notify you of any error on cashout page to get your attention.
This notice is usually in red color default.

Well, I have this problem. I forgot my own PIN, so I answered the security question correctly and got a new PIN. Then I went to the withdrawal page again and key in the new PIN (not copy and paste), but I wasn't being directed to the cash out page. Instead I was being asked to key in the PIN again (but it did not say wrong PIN). I know there are only 3 attempts, so I dare not key in the PIN anymore. I had generated new PIN several times already due to this problem. Why is this so?

That`s strange.

Anyway, As I am checking your account balance,
The funds is not enough to complete the operation.

Please take note that we have implemented Stepped cashout.
Since this is your 4th cashout on twickerz, wait till your balance reach $7.00

Just tried. Still cannot get access to the cashout page although I'm not eligible to cashout. Can't even get access to my personal setting page with the new PIN. And I don't see anything on my account page

Could you please try on firefox?
Sometimes browsers have issues.
and clear your cache and cookies.

Hope this will fix the error.

You will be suspended by the system automatically for security reason.
Just send ticket as instructed.
Staff will reactivate your account.
