Advertise without account

Not everybody likes to log in every 30 days to don't have account suspended just to advertise.So im thinking at an option at "Advertise" to can purchase credits.After that open support ticket with transaction number from payment processor used to buy credits,mail to receive notification after credits expire,site url , tipe of ad ,number of credits thats should be used after case and clear instructions on "Advertise" page of this kind of advertising.
For members should remain same way to buy credits like now.
