Hi,

In recent days, several times that occurred after a page is unavailable. Sometimes it helps to restart the router, but it is not. Do you have any firewall rules or MTU settings that must be considered in connection with the website?

Anyone else experienced this?

No special setting are needed. (This happens to me to sometimes)

Its possible that the dns servers you are using react slow.
This can be solved by trying to find the fastest ones for your connnection.

Search on the net for: namebench

If you do not want to change your dns servers, try reloading the page after a few minutes.

You aren't the only one. Since the recent changes it is often a challenge just to manage to log into the site and complete my clicks for the day. As you noted sometimes resetting the modem and/or router helps, sometimes it doesn't. Personally I don't think it has anything to do with DNS, I think the recent addition of DOS attack prevention is giving false positives and locking people out with equipment reset refreshing the session. In any event the site has become very difficult to use or even log into and it's very frustrating. When something goes wrong after a change like this I doubt it's something to be changed on the user end.

No its not the users end.

It was only a suggestion to try the change of DNS servers.

Think my reply on this post will explain: http://www.twickerz.com/forum.php?topic=42810

I do agree with all, if it happens its annoying.

Personally i dont think its the script, as i click on more sites that use the same script and updates.

Let us be constructive, does this happen to you on the same time every day or is this all day long.
As of tomorrow im gonna write down the times wen it happens to me. (ill use the server time)

Hoop everybody that has problems will do the same.

Think this will help our admin more than a lot of posting with the same here. (as what happened with the fixed ad problems)

I think its a simple question of bandwith really. I visit many times each day and it can happen at all times of the day.

Seems to work best for me in the wee hours of the morning, around 2:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time.
