Ideas for improve PTSU section

Hello,
I think you should reduce maximun of time for advertisers check the applications for his offers, 25 days is too much time, 8 or 9 days is more than enough. It's a bit frustrating have to wait so long if the advertiser doesn't check his offers.
Other idea, I would like can see the description and the text sended in the field Welcome email after of send my application for the offer, this can be useful as a proof, if someone was cheated by an advertiser.
And finally, could have the option of report offers by broken links or sites diferents of the description of the offer. Some advertisers put the offers and doesn't check his own links. An offer reported could be temporally retired, until advertiser edit his offer.

however, we have set this because most of the old regular advertisers have this a high approval per offer.
and please take note of this information,
advertisers cannot edit nor delete their own PTSU offer.
They need staff`s assistance.
We have a time frame when to delete PTSU.

also, Staff are providing assistance for any PTSU related issue.
If mistakenly denied? Rest assured, we`re always available for help.
Just send ticket and focus.

thanks for your reply, I love to help. So, now, if an advertiser puts an offer with a broken link and by this reason no one can complete the offer, credits aren't spend, advertiser doesn't realize of the broken link and he/she doesn't contact with support, the offer stay forever in the list?
