I have some jobs like

"click ad's for 15 days and introduce yourself in the forum ...get paid....introduce yourself in the forum is also must"
if they don't introduce themselves in the forum? ...what can I do?

I would suggest you to change the text of you ptsu.(make it so it cant be interpreted in any other way)

And if they dont follow the guidelines decline them.

But I would like to give forum activities. .is it not allowed

If you advertise true ptsu, you set the rules.

And all sites that have a forum like it to be active, so go a head if you can get active people.
We all like to see a active forum.
