problem with payment

I have a problem with paying money ...
2x I asked about sending money, everything went fine, but the next day the money is in the account back and the money I paid dependent on a waiting period of 7 days to the next pay, my pay pall account is fine, so what is it? sorry for my English

There is nothing wrong with your english.

You have posted your proofs of payment (no problem there)
Its correct according to TOS (Terms of Service) Payments are processed and issued within 7 business days.

My question to you would be, are you talking about funding your account? (in this case you need a verified payment account)

If its about cashing out? (did you change your payment ID, email address)
If so there is the role that you have to report this true support.
This is done for your own safety.

Hope this will explain, if non of the above applies to you.
Please do reply back on this post.

And await admins reply, as this is as far it goes for me in helping you with your problems

dear groofy, thx for ansver... If talk about cashing out
on my account, I did not change anything, no ID, e-mail, nothing. pay 1.5 dollars I had to pay for my pay pal account as always. the money is deducted, but the next day again impute to my account. It's happened twice. Payment will be sent to the pay pal account and the next day is back

Please edit your post and remove your email address (for your own safety)

I suggest to send in a support ticket, if you cant wait for admins reply.

Copy and paste the link to this treat as a reference in the message that you send to the support team.

Think it will make things easier for all.

Im real sorry i cant help any further with this problem.
But we have a great support team, i have all the faith it will get sorted.

Team would be more happy if you had posted your proofs of payment rather than asking us why your payment has been canceled.
