I play in Sign up. The rules are recorded at one site but it took a long time / 3 hours / and I welcome link? What to do admin?

If you were talking about Offerwall(beta).. then you can see this icon there. Did you do a offer where you needed to play a game?

I was thinking same too.. So, you meant you signed up in some site but you didn't get welcome email..right? See your spam or junk folder. If your account is not validated in that site, try to login there, may be you will see "resend validation code" option. Or if you just wanted a welcome email to put as a proof..then you can write "i did not get any welcome email".
