Stealing Advertising Time

It doesn't seem fair to me that an advertiser can 'steal' advertising time by making their web page so bloated that it takes much, much longer to load than the allocated time they have purchased.
w
For example, if I wanted to advertise a website, I could buy 3-second advertising, then fill my splash page so full of images and/or audio that it takes at least a full minute to load before the clicker is credited with the view.

cashNhits is a prime example of this; one of their adds takes over 1 minute to load before the viewing credit even begins. So they can just buy a 3-second advert and gain a full minute of advertising time. Surely this gives them an unfair advantage over an honest advertiser who pays for a 3 minute ad and their page loads immediately.

A better solution would be to begin the credit just a few seconds immediately after clicking the link, whether the page has fully loaded or not. This would encourage advertisers to keep their splash page optimized for fast viewing, a practice that is currently being avoided and even abused by the likes of cashNhits, and a handful of other opportunists. Then we, the Twickerz Clickerz (TM) would be credited a fair price, for a fair viewing time without having to wait a disproportionate amount of time for the bloated ads.

I do agree to a certain point, as it can be very time consuming (specially because the ads are on focus).
As one can not do anything else.

In my opinion the 3 secs, are starting after loading the ad. (advertisers are paying for 3 sec per view) 100% of the ad so to speak.
It does not say how long an ad can load, as this depends on a lot of things.
Some site are hard to reach and can take there for longer to load.

But some advertisers are abusing this, i dont want to lose them it will be a loss for me.

I have a lot of time to click ads, i have no problem with them.

Maybe just skipping them would be a solution for you, as you dont seem to care for the loss it gives others?

Yes, I get this kind of adverts quite a lot nowadays. But I have a trick to it:

Open the login page/ signup page/about page/ FAQ page where the contents are usually small. It loads faster and I get credited faster too. Works for me, try it!

I'm not trying to devise a shortcut strategy to gain viewing credit, I'm perfectly happy to spend 3 seconds viewing an ad that has paid to be viewed for 3 seconds. Everything there is within expectations.

What I'm asking is whether it is fair on other advertisers that some unscrupulous ones take advantage of the fact that credit is not allocated until the page is loaded, so they cram the page with bloatware to make it take much, much longer to load than other reputable advertisers. 20 times longer in some cases.

Imagine if you and I both paid for a 1 week holiday in Barbados, and after 1 week you packed up and went home, but I stayed for another 5 months, without paying a single cent more. You wouldn't be too happy about that, and neither would the hotelier. In this analogy you are an honest advertiser, I am an unscrupulous/opportunistic advertiser and Twickerz is the hotelier.

No its not fair, i agree on that one. But keep in mind this is my opinion.

Sorry i cant agree on the last part.

You will have to pay for the last 5 months.

This is the reason why i think so, advertiser pays for a 3 sec view (this starts counting after the ad has loaded).
Like i say before it does not count loading time.
(some advertisers abuse this, in my opinion)
Its clear on how or admin thikgs about, the short cuts.
I dont want to lose any thing, money or members wise.
Wen it comes to me, ill leave it up to discussion (my opinion) admin has the last word on this.
Think its best to leave this up to her.

So we will wait for her response, let us all agree not to post any short cuts etc.. for now.

I thanks all and everyone for there responses and concerns.

Well thank you for your acknowledgement, it is appreciated. But let's keep things in perspective, we're talking about 1 or 2 ads at the most;, the vast majority of Twickerz advertisers do play fair and square :)

In fact, after today's clicking session I can confirm that's it's actually 3:

1. CashNhits
2. Hyipitem (or Hyipsafe)
3. Ladbrokes
