My ads

Hello Dear Admin!

My ads didn't refresh today yet. I've tried to click some ads from yesterday, some minutes befor the refresh time, and some of them has credited for today, because the server time turne for today while I was clicking. I quess it could confused the system? Please look at it, and fix it if its possible. I wont be happy if I have to loos my todays cliks!

Please help me, and sorry if I've made this problem. Now I know, do not clicking during the server time refresh.

May I ask what specifically your problem?

You miss clicking all ads? Is that what you are trying to say?
We cannot override how the system works.

If it`s refresh time then how can we go back from yesterday?

If you are late, they try to be early tomorrow.

Check the clock above your screen, if 00:00 then it`s our reset time.

You can see this on top of our PTC section:
Your advertisement clicks reset at 00:00 Server Time

Did I answer your question correct? or this is not what you really meant to say.

Kindly confirm so that we will be on the same page.

because the inquiry is a bit confusing (for me),

I believe there is no problem when we were in the mid of clicking ads while the server reset happened.
System will not being confused owing to that even,
Every ads that credited before the reset time, will be back available to be clicked,....On your case, may be you didn't aware that some or more than one ad has been credited after reset time,...hence, they won't be available anymore today....

Please have a try again, refresh the ptc page,
Hope everything will be fine as usual...

My problem is, I can't click my ads, because they didn't refresh today. All my ads are "gray", like I've clicked yet, despite I've cliked just a few, 4 or 5 ads. When I try to click one, the message is, that I saw it in the last 24 houres, so my ad page didn't reset today. I've refreshed the page many times, I've loged out, loged in again, I've cleared my browser, I've tried every thing, but nothing new. My ads still not reseted.

This is confusing.

Can you show us a screenshot of your PTC section?
Because if it doesn`t reset at your end, others should experience the same.

Here is my ad page, and my todays activity. I don't know how it seems in this picture, but the ads likes as the "cliked" ads, and you can see my activity too. It seems that I've not cliked yet only a few ads.

I see I couldn't explain you my problem. I would love to click my ads, but I'm not able to do it, because they show me their yesterday's positions. They all are gray coloured, like the clicked ads, and when I try to click them, I get the message: "You already visited this advertisement in the last 24 hours". I'm not able to descibe it with other words, as I've wrote it. My PTC ads did not resetted, did not refreshed today.
Sorry, but this is the case. I'm your member since the and of january, so I know how I have to click the ads. I love your site and I appreciate your work, even your support and I hope you can understand now what is my problem, and you can solve it.

I would really love to help you the best I can but this is the first time I have encountered this issue to one single member.
If all member, we could just reset the ads manually for all.

Since you have cleared your cookies and cache,

I think you have miss switching to other browser.
If you have Internet explorer, try on that browser.
