The Free promo has ended. So all those members who joined on or before June 8 will all get their free upgrades. No need to send support ticket, Just give us time to upgrade you manually. Also those who have not verified yet their email, because of some SSL issue and downtime during registration, just click resend activation and you will get your free upgrade as well.
