can't withdraw via faucetpay

Admin, want to ask why can't withdraw via faucetpay. also why my faucetpay address blank previously already filled & can withdraw a few times.

but now can't withdraw. input again faucetpay address then enter current password (already correct) but can't save it.

also when open new ticket then send. send didn't work or longer loading process.

You cannot simply add your FaucetPay address to your account; you need supervision to ensure security.
Otherwise, anyone could enter their FaucetPay email, leading to your account being hacked.

send support ticket also don't work. when click send loading too long thus can't send it.
