Hi!
I am trying to add funds through airtm getting message
Limit reached
These funds would put this recipient over their monthly limit. Please try a lower amount or try again next month. If recipient has not yet completed signup, please inform recipient to login and complete signup to receive funds. If recipient has not yet verified their account, please inform recipient to login and submit verification under settings.

Unfortunately, money transfers are only available between users, and you need the user's email address to send money. At the moment we do not have available the option to send money to other sites.

However I verify that the site you mention is part of our list of partners. Here is the information you need to know about it:

Currently, some platforms use Airtm as a payment processor for their users. This gives our members the opportunity to trade directly with their local currencies if that is what they need.

These platforms have individual processes, which is why at the time of operation and / or need information the user should contact their support team, as each one establishes specific times for transaction accreditation, minimum and maximum amounts per transaction and costs.
